Accommodation is modern, neat and comfortable. Did not have any issues with the facilities.
The listing clearly stated "Round trip airport transfer" under "Included in this rate" and that is one of the main reasons I booked here. The host was however not aware of this and it took some negotiation to get the transfer arranged and paid. Booking.com also included a "Free Breakfast" under "Genius Benefits", however the host was not aware of this and only offered coffee and tea. I suggested to the host to check their listing as there is some misleading information.

The host communicated well and was polite and will work to resolve issues. The self catered space was comfortable, modern and clean with a juicer and coffee machine. Although the gym was quite small with limited equipment,m it was functional and the sauna was adequate and clean.Geat location walking distance to Karibu sq mall and YaYa mall and easy drive through local areas such as Lavington etc. Price very good considering the central location.
Sadly, the views were poor and def not cityscape as advertised. There was some miscommunication re breakfast(noted included but wasnt) check before booking. Pickup advertised but required lengthy negotiation. Check before booking. Awoke to the sound of building work. Check before booking. Sauna provided a nice.moment of solitude but ad suggests its free but for 500kes for a peaceful hr ..its worth it.

Fantastic host who was incredibly helpful and available at all times
My mistake for now doing more research in the location but incredibly convenient for both airports which is exactly what I needed

The location
Was not the apartment I booked. This was older and run down. My booking said breakfast included by the host insisted that I did not pay enough for that and didn't bother to get back to me after asking several times. Cutlery was not washed properly. Bathroom was poorly cleaned.
