Hi there, and welcome to your new favorite spot on the Schlei! This spacious vacation home is brand-new to the rental market—it was just completed in September 2025 and is ready and waiting for you to discover it. Spanning 114 m², it offers a modern living experience, well-thought-out amenities, and plenty of space to relax.

Plenty of space for up to 4 people

Spread across 114 m² are 3 bright rooms with two bedrooms—ideal for families or two couples who want to enjoy a wonderful time together.

Two comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms

Both bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200 cm, open footboard), a wardrobe, blackout curtains, a TV, and a cozy armchair—and each has its own bathroom right next door.

Two bathrooms & guest restroom

Bathroom 1 features a walk-in shower, Bathroom 2 invites you to relax with a bathtub. Both feature a toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and skylight. A separate guest restroom provides additional comfort.

Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area

This is the heart of the apartment: A dining table for 6 people, two cozy two-seater sofas, and a fully equipped open kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine—as well as everything a cook’s heart desires.

Balcony & Terrace for Sunny Afternoons

From the living area, you step out onto the balcony; from the kitchen, you step directly onto the terrace —both equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and an electric grill. Perfect for morning coffee or a cozy evening barbecue.

Feel at home from the very first moment: underfloor heating in every room, privacy screens in the bedrooms, and a washing machine for your personal use ensure a completely relaxing stay.

Fully equipped for every day of your vacation: 3 TVs, cable, radio, Wi-Fi, a collection of games, as well as an iron, vacuum cleaner, and everything you need for the household—all you really need is your suitcase.

Stress-free arrival: Your parking space is right in front of the house, including a charging station for electric cars (3.7 kW). Dogs are welcome upon request—and since this is a smoke-free property, the air here stays pleasantly fresh.
