Five beds sleep 6, plus a pool, fire pit, and free dedicated parking. Lower Broadway is about a 15 minute walk, with Nissan Stadium and Music City Center close by. Perfect for bachelorettes, birthday weekends, girls trips, and midweek getaways on the Cumberland River.
The Space:
Centrally located less than a mile from Lower Broadway, “Pink Lemonade” is the perfect spot for your next Nashville getaway. This eccentric, stylish condo comfortably sleeps 6, and has unparalleled views. The fully-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals at home; we'll provide all the pots, pans, and bakeware you need. The smart TVs in the living room and bedroom allow you to log in to your streaming services. The bright, colorful bedroom for your belongings. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen-sized bed, as well. An outdoor patio provides you a relaxing retreat from the Honky Tonks of Broadway and makes the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. In the winter, the gas fire pit provides the same escape. THINGS TO KNOW This rental is located on second floor. Parking notes: This unit has 1 dedicated parking spot that is numbered and not covered and then it also has open parking that is covered. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. - Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. - Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

Guest has full access to the entire condo and all shared amenities offered at our complex.
The Neighborhood:
Walking is the best way to get around but if you don't want to walk than Uber or Lyft is the way to go. The other popular option is riding the scooters. **Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners!
Other Things to Note:
Decorations are not permitted. Please do not decorate the property or attach any items to the walls, ceilings, doors, windows, or furniture. Any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from decorations may incur additional charges.
Interaction with Guests:
** The complex does have private security nights and weekends during prime season ** Pool, laundry facilities, and gym require key card to enter ** Key card will be hanging by the front door ** Pool is open from April-October ** Free covered parking on the premises ** We are located on the river. Depending on the time of year you will probably see some wildlife on the river bank and if hanging outside for a lengthy amount of time I would recommend bug spray ** The complex does have a firepit and propane grill but you will need to provide your own fire wood and propane **Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners! Title: A fabulously fun condo for our Girl’s Trip (with bunk‑bed acrobatics!)This condo was perfectly appointed for our Girl’s Trip Weekend — truly the ideal spot for a group of women celebrating America’s 250th and our own fabulous 60th. The vibe of the place is pure FUN, like the owners sprinkled joy around the condo the way some people sprinkle throw pillows.Now, a quick word about the bunk beds; let’s just say the top bunks are clearly designed for children, gymnasts, or anyone with knees younger than ours. Getting up and down felt like an Olympic event, and we were absolutely not medal contenders. The mattresses, however, were wonderfully comfortable once we completed the climb.Storage was… creative. With limited space, our suitcases became part of the décor — a sort of “luggage chic” look. We embraced it.After staying downtown earlier in the trip, this spot felt a bit farther from the action. But Uber was cheap, fast, and saved us from pretending we were suddenly marathon walkers.The pool? Delightful. Refreshing. A perfect place to float, laugh, and recover from our bunk‑bed adventures.Overall, this is a super fun property with fantastic owners who nailed communication and instructions. We had a blast and would absolutely recommend a stay here for a slumber party trip.

This is a very cute place for a girl's getaway!! The bunk beds were comfortable and although the place is small (one bathroom) it was easy for 3-4 ladies to get ready with the extra vanities set up! Such a good vibe! It was a little far for walking distance to Broadway, for us anyway. But close enough to a lot of great restaurants and all the action! Plenty of paid parking in the area or short Uber ride to all the places.We enjoyed the pool Riverside. It was a clean place and the host was awesome! Very pleasant and responsive to any of our needs. He left some nice touches such as coffee machine with complimentary coffee! Thank you James for a great stay!
