Designed for a family with 2 children, the apartment. des ALIZES is an ideal refuge to enjoy the nearby sea.
The sandy beach is 50 m away and safe for children.
A private parking lot reserved for ALIZES is located at the back of the residence
The commercial heart of the fishing village is located 200 m away.
A small Provençal market is active every morning in July/August.
At the foot of the residence a secure enclosed kindergarten is equipped with games for the little ones.
Cap d'Agde is about 4 km away; 3/4 of an hour on foot along the beach or 1/4 of an hour by road.
If you cross the Hérault river you will discover the wild corner of the umbrella pines of La Tamarissière with its ''blockhaus'' from 1943.
The pedestrian path that runs along the beach for 150m is lined with restaurants and confectioners.
(Beware of the ice creams of 'Pakita' and the waffles of 'Marie-Louise)
The hinterland offers a multitude of wine estates with wonderful production to discover.
Don't worry about the heatwave: the nights are cool by the sea and the apartment is "crossing East/West" with a permanent natural air current.
The nearby pier allows fishermen to "tease" the sea bream and the tacot.
A huge bowling green by the beach is permanently open.
