The house was spacious and accommodated our needs for sleeping many people. The floors did not seem like they had been cleaned when we arrived. Our children walking barefoot immediately had black feet. Overall the house felt very run down. Many repairs needed to be made to the ceiling (missing plaster) the stairs (were missing the vinyl flooring pieces which left uneven glue to step on)There wasn't enough toilet paper considering the amount of guests and the length of our stay. Small bars of soap for the bathrooms were not sufficient either. When we arrived there was chaos at the gate and it took over 35 mins. just to be given a pass to be let in. The pass the rental agency provided was not able to be used (per the guard gate)The majority of these houses were purchased as rentals so there were a lot of parties going on, loud music, tons of cars, etc.... not a quiet atmosphere.

It was not hot enough

We had a great stay and great communication with the owners, the only downside is, the furniture is very dated and unclean. The cleaning staff didn't a good job as there were dirty underwear under one of the bathroom sinks, trash in the couch cushions, and hny decorations. But i absolutely what they have done to utilize the space and its a beautiful home, just need a lil TLC.
