In addition to the finished bedroom, the basement includes a second full-size refrigerator/freezer (plenty of fridge space for your stay!) and a washer and dryer. Inside the detached garage, you will find beach toys, beach chairs, a kayak, paddleboards, and floats for your use - everything you need for fun on the water!

Enjoy your own private, fully fenced-in backyard garden with stunning perennials and fully lit patio with outdoor seating, fire pit, propane gas grill, and outdoor bar top with fridge. Please be respectful to our neighbors, many residents live full-time on the Island during the rental season.
