We do not allow parties, events, or social gatherings on the property. However, you can have up to 4 guests overnight and an additional 2 guests can visit. Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise level down after 9 PM. Due to the buildings heritage status, we do not have any air conditioning however provide three large fans for cooling.

No Air Conditioning: Due to the building`s heritage listing, there is no air conditioning. We provide three fans for cooling, and as we are located on the waterfront, a refreshing sea breeze helps keep the space comfortable.

No Designated Parking: Our apartment does not have a designated parking spot, and no units in the building do. However, there is free 2-hour parking available nearby. Please be aware that parking officers patrol the area.

No Lift Access: The building does not have lift access. Guests will need to climb approximately 30 stairs to reach the apartment.

Fishing Policy: Fishing is not permitted from the balcony. However, you can enjoy fishing just a 1-minute walk away at the waterfront.
