An EXCELLENT and Comfortable place to stay. This location has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pictures are accurate. Very clean, comfortable beds, nicely maintained, adequate supplies, and GREAT backyard space for entertaining. Additionally, the host is very responsive and dedicated to making sure your stay is a great experience. I recently had my family come and stay for my daughter’s graduation and everyone enjoyed sitting in the backyard celebrating this special day. I definitely will rent again and recommend this property to anyone. It’s close to the beach, 12mins from downtown, 6mins from the local mall, and in a quiet neighborhood for a restful night sleep. A true 10/10!

Our VRBO at this location was wonderful! Darion was an excellent host and responded quickly with all our needs. The house was right by the bike trails and close to John Pass (Treasure Island). The house was clean and included all sorts of kitchen items we needed for our stay. Backyard area was awesome and we sat outside to visit with our family, watch sports and play bags! The shed has lots of beach stuff that we used for an awesome day with family! Area was quiet, grocery stores were about 1/2 mile and about 15 mins from St Pete downtown area. This house was perfect for our visit to St Pete and would highly recommend!

The host was very responsive. The house was as described. Great location to Pinellas trail. Was able to ride bike into downtown easily on the bikes provided with the rental. We had a wonderful time with our first trip to St. Petersburg. Would definitely stay here again.

This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay! GREAT location and we particularly loved that they had bikes provided!
