This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
THINGS TO NOTE
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (4) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.
Shower/Tub: The tub is deep and unable to fill up with warm water.
Parking & Building Access: Guests will park in the building’s common parking lot. Upon arrival, you will walk to the designated lockbox area to retrieve the key fob provided for your stay. The key fob is required to access the building’s secure elevators and reach the condo. Detailed instructions for locating the lockbox and accessing the building will be provided prior to check-in.

We had an outstanding stay at European Village in Palm Coast. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt charming, relaxed, and completely unique. The architecture and courtyard setting create a true European vibe right in the heart of Florida.
Our accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything was well maintained and inviting, the perfect place to unwind.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. Friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive, they made us feel genuinely welcomed. Every detail was handled smoothly, and their hospitality elevated the entire stay.
The location is ideal, walkable to great restaurants, wine bars, and shops, yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time.
If you're looking for a memorable getaway in Palm Coast, this is a fantastic choice. We will absolutely be back!
