The ground floor includes a large kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, microwave, and a dishwasher, alongside multiple pantry rooms. It also houses a generous living room, one bedroom with a double bed, a study room that can accommodate an extra bed, and two bathrooms—one with a shower and one within the laundry room. An additional separate WC is available. The upper level features a spacious corridor surrounding four bedrooms: three with double beds and one children's room with two bunk beds. Heating is provided by a new geothermal system. Guests have access to a washing machine, rowing boat, garden grill, and SAT-TV with German channels, while child-friendly outdoor play areas are also available. Bed linens and towels are not provided.
