El personal que me atendió. Fueron muy amables conmigo, El primer día, al llegar, me atendió Paula, y al día siguiente también, y por la tarde hablé también un rato con otro chico muy simpático, creo recordar que me dijeron que se llama Roberto. Ambos muy simpáticos (especialmente Paula, que parece que tuvo que lidiar con una señora habitual que tiene pinta de que suele dar un poco la lata). Un diez para los dos. Además, el día que me fui (a las 3 de la mañana) habiá otra chica, cuyo nombre desconzoco, que también me pareció muy amable. El precio. Bastante asequible, especialmente si vas a pasar poco tiempo y no puedse permitirte algo más caro. Tiene las desventajas de tener todas las zonas comunes, pero para el precio, creo que cumple bastante bien. La ubicación. Cerca de muchos sitios para desayunar, comer, cenar, y aunque no fui, diría que salir de fiesta, además de conexiones de bus.

Por decir algo, los baños, aunque se limpien a diario, al ser compartidos, enseguida se notan sucios, y las duchas tenían algunas mosquitas de estas que crian con la humedad en las tuberías.

La propreté des espaces communs pourait être amélioré. Le check-in a pris du temps malgré le fait que nous ayons déjà pré-rempli toutes nos informations.

En realidad todoooooo, el personal muy muy amable, los baños cómodos, te daban toallas limpias para el piso, cuerpo y cabello ! Los cubos bien cómodos hasta con Tv y aire acondicionado !

The location of the capsule hostel was excellent: very central, yet surprisingly quiet, which made it convenient for exploring the city while still allowing for some peace and quiet. The staff were also very kind and helpful, and they explained everything thoroughly when we arrived.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. First of all, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. For example, one evening when I went to take a shower, there was a used sanitary pad with blood left in one of the shower cubicles. I came back about half an hour later and it was still there. Noise was another major issue. We stayed in a room with two capsules, and the guests above us were extremely loud during the night. We repeatedly heard them coming in and out, talking loudly, without making any effort to keep their voices down, even in the middle of the night. The capsules and beds themselves were also extremely noisy and creaky. In a place where many people are sleeping in such a small space, this is particularly problematic, and I think quieter, better-maintained beds should really be a basic requirement. We also had concerns about security. For some reason, our capsule could not be properly locked: there was a screw or nail sticking out, and the locking mechanism did not feel secure. In a capsule hostel, where privacy and personal security depend so heavily on being able to close your capsule properly, this was quite concerning. We also encountered some other guests whose behaviour made us feel less than completely safe. Overall, the central location and genuinely helpful staff were definite positives, but the problems with cleanliness, noise and especially the security of the capsules made the experience considerably less comfortable than we had expected.
