Leaving this rating on behalf of my elderly Mum. She had to go to Waikato hospital for an eye procedure and has mentioned to me more than once how good the motel was, and how much easier it made everything for her. Thank you!

Exceeded all expectations. You can tell the owners actually care about this place! The rooms were spotless, fresh, well maintained. Everything was very comfortable- beds had that luxury hotel feel- genuinely can’t think of anything to improve on!

For us the location was ideal. Close to town, and the highway south.
The hot plate was unfamiliar and we needed instruction, which was given cheerfully. Perhaps a few written instructions would be helpful.

Was in the newly renovated room, carpet had a big sticky type of mark/stain, but overall a really nice room for the money, bathroom nice and clean and new. Staff quick to respond via email, and very friendly.
Bed base showing and carpet fixed in gross spot. Gravel carpark at back a bit complicated at first.
