The apartment is small but very bright, with a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, in a pleasant and not very touristy neighborhood, which allows you to experience authentic Parisian life. And most importantly, a big thank you to Vincent, who is an exceptional host: very thoughtful, available, and always responsive. He really helped make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend both the apartment and Vincent as a host!

The only downsides were the staircase, which can be difficult to navigate with large luggage, the lack of an extra set of towels and bed linens for short stays, and the paperwork, which was a little stressful. When you’re on vacation, you really don’t want that kind of extra stress. I would recommend completing the paperwork before arriving to make the process easier. Other than that, everything was great!
