The location of the property. It was close to the event we were going to.
There was no microwave at the place. This is required so people can reheat food or cook food. it also stated that there was a bath at the venue and there wasnt.

The property had amazing views, was well set out and closed to many restaurants. It was a short walk to the Botanic Gardens, South Bank or Queen Street.
Instructions for check in were clear, concise and provided to us 24 hours prior to check-in.
The description doesn't mention the virtual front desk which requires you to provide photo ID and credit card for the deposit. Booking.com specifically say no payment is required so this created alarm and booking.com staff didn't even know about this process. It all turned out to be legit and the holding charge was released within the promised time frame but this is not the usual booking.com experience I was used to.

Breakfast wasn’t part of our booking. We paid for wifi and spent 3 days trying to connect without success and little help with emails sent. This made our stay very difficult as we were expecting it!!
The process of locating keys and no wifi. The staff at the complex couldn’t help. The appartment was good and position also.
