O apartamento tem excelentes comodidades. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma excelente estadia. A varanda é espetacular.

Communication was great, and we loved the location. The size of the place for the price is hard to beat. It was super clean, and perfect for us. We highly recommend!

The only issue was parking. The vehicle we rented was not able to fit in the garage space provided. We were able to find some parking down the street, but if you want to use the garage they provide it needs to be a pretty small vehicle. We were still very happy, just something to think about if you're considering renting this place.

The location for us was great, gorgeous outdoor space and safe area near to supermarkets etc. Private parking which great and safe but was a challenge so please do check the size of your vehicle before even attempting to get into the garage.

Cleanliness was not what we expected and I do not expect to clean areas when i arrive. Broken electrical sockets, broken wardrobe doors and general cleanliness was not good. I would have like hangers that weren't strewn on the bottom of the wardrobe and perhaps ones that looked like they should be there. Beds were comfy and clean but only 1 pillow per person and no additional pillowcases so we actually washed the pillows we found in a wardrobe to use. Largest bathroom is not a shower so please note that (we did) but very very dated and dirty. Only shower is so small its a challenge for even a regular sized person to get in and out of and shower head is spurting all over the place (if you have children and hope to use the shower and stand and help them this is not the place for you). No toaster (not a deal breaker and fridge was dirty aswell as kitchen cupboards. 'Quiet hours' as posted on the back of the front door apparently do not apply to the neighbours parties until 1am one night. I dont think whoever owns this has been to check what it looks like as I would hope they would see all these things and rectify. We are a family who has travelled over the years and has owned a rental so realise what is needed in some respects but this should be checked over and what can be fixed done so. The only thing we loved was the outside space, dated furniture but beautiful. I personally would not stay here again.
