Great location close to the beach in one direction and arcades, shops, food outlets in the other. Lovely clean site, to note same side of the road as ‘The Smugglers’ pub, as Golden Palm is both sides of the road. Clean, fully equipped, beds made up, central heating so was nice and cosy 🥰.
Wasn’t keen on waterproof mattresses to sleep on but understandably they are most practical for cleanliness when letting out accommodation.

Nice and spacious! Nice veranda furniture always a bonus! Lots of little extras like coffee pods and an air fryer and bedding was provided 😁

Location on site was good and walking distance to busier areas
Size of caravan is good / no of bedrooms
Bedrooms were clean and tidy and beds were comfortable enough for the weekend
It did the job for the weekend but clearly an older caravan and needs some updates.
It was tidy but not exactly clean in some parts
It did feel grimey such as the shower area and bathroom floors
Kitchen floor felt sticky and dated
Rug stained and upholstery dated
Cupboard doors looked and felt dirty
Have paid the same price last year and caravan was much newer and cleaner.
Overall it needs a real good deep clean.
