Chic Residences Steps from Beverly Hills & Sony Pictures offers an outstanding experience in a prime location. The residence is modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and style.
The location is ideal—close to Beverly Hills, Sony Pictures, dining, and shopping—while still offering a quiet and relaxing environment. Check-in was seamless, communication was professional, and the stay was smooth from start to finish.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers seeking quality, convenience, and comfort.

I had a wonderful experience staying at 6868 Dunn Dr. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had a welcoming atmosphere. I especially loved the easy access to Platform LA with its stylish shops and coffee spots. The nearby Helms Bakery District added even more dining options. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

My stay at Chic Residences was smooth, peaceful, and very enjoyable. The space was cozy, bright, and well maintained. I loved how close it was to Culver City Downtown, with hotspots like The Culver Hotel and Erewhon just minutes away. The neighborhood had great walkability, making it easy to explore. I’d happily return.

Good central location, good communications, easy and convenient parking, very clean and spacious.
Pillows and beds were not very comfortable, hassles of pre registration and security deposit, amenities were dollar store grade.
