The staff were the stars of this hotel. Everyone one of them were really friendly and helpful.

A gorgeous hotel with an elevated “vibe” and plenty of nice touches. Wonderful staff and the breakfast hoppers have changed my life and the curry upstairs off the charts. Rooms are beautiful. A very chilled vibe.

I had a pool room wish had its pro’s and con’s. It’s nice to walk out to the pool but limits privacy and noise can be a factor. But not a dealbreaker

The staff were AMAZING! They are so attentive to your every need. Particularly Amila who went above and beyond!

Our stay at Niira Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property is brand new, beautifully designed, and maintained to an impeccable standard. Every detail has been chosen with excellent taste, creating a stylish yet warm and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the staff. Shout out to Chathu! Their service was truly impeccable—everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The food also deserves a special mention. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and delicious flavors. It was a perfect complement to the overall experience. We would highly recommend Niira Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with outstanding hospitality. We would happily stay here again!
