We stayed for over a month. The owner was friendly and generally responsive when we needed help, which made the long stay easier. The shower was practical and easy to use.
The location is convenient — within walking distance to the university and with plenty of food options nearby. Considering how expensive accommodation can be in central Melbourne, the price felt reasonable.
A couple of things to note: there was no linen/sheet change during our stay. However, there is a laundromat within about a 10-minute walk, so laundry was manageable. Also, the room we booked only had a queen bed and could not accommodate an extra bed, so if you are staying with multiple guests, it’s best to confirm the bedding arrangement in advance.
