+staff . James is very nice and helpful, he was on site and guided us for parking and also how to use all the keys. In the room, he not only provided fundamental guidance, but also recommended sightseeing places and good restaurants nearby
+the apt is ideal for me, clean and morden, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are good
+very big supermarket nearby, convienent for us
-no clear WIFI instruction, I called them and got it
-no trash bags in the bathrooms, no additional trash bags (just one in the kitchen), I called them and more trash bags sent to us next day
