Sun Village Beach Resort

The resort is an oasis , a lot of plants nice swimming pool . Big rooms. Thomas was helpful to translate . Breakfast was good and varied - but most dishes for Asian taste.

It is not a private beach , groups are wandering around the resort to take pictures at the beach that was very annoying. The water is actually quite far from the sun beds. Not safe for kids. When we arrived in the evening the restaurant was almost closed. We asked the receptionist for a restaurant nearby, we were sent in the rain to one direction where there was almost nothing.., only ti find our the next day, that in the other direction, there is a nice restaurant and bar on the beach very close we could have gone.

Everything was great. The staff were wonderful—very kind and smiling. The setting is very green, and the atmosphere is great.

Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich, Kaffeevollautomat wäre schöner, Preise im Restaurant sind überteuert (wir sind dann am Abend immer auswärts essen). Leider wsr der Sandstrand stark abfallend, Wasser schnell tief, für Kinder ungeeignet (dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts).

Das Personal war stets sehr bemüht. Die Anlage an sich hübsch arrangiert.

Für Familien die nicht direkt aus Vietnam stammen ist diese Unterkunft nicht geeignet. Das Personal spricht kein Englisch. Jede Unterhaltung musste mit Translator statt finden. Die Interaktion war daher überaus schwierig. Das Personal nahm seinen Job trotzdem sehr ernst, für eine Pizza wurde eine komplette Tafel mit Stäbchen und Reis Schälchen eingedeckt, trotz mehrfachen Bitten, dass ein paar Teller durchaus reichen würden. Die Pizza Hawaii war anstatt mit Schinken, mit Würstchen ausgestattet. Der Strand fiel sehr steil ab, die wellenreiche Küste für Kinder nicht geeignet und für Eltern von keinem liegeplatz einsehbar. Der Pool war zu jedem Zeitpunkt komplett überfüllt. Handtücher wurden am Pool sofort von einer Mitarbeiterin aufgeräumt, sobald man sie auf einem Liegestuhl abgelegt hat. Man stand dann quasi nass und ohne Handtuch da. Am Abend gab es ein Feuerwerk, das war nett, allerdings gefolgt von einer mehrstündigen Opern Aufführung die am ganzen Gelände laut zu hören war.
