Decent appartment with necessary equipment and responsive hosts on email
We felt overwhelmed by the amount of rules and procedures and different emails and links to navigate .
We felt that all digital check in procedures and the digital lock that cannot be opened from inside was too complicated and unsafe (if there is fire and no battery?)
We also felt a bit overwhelmed with all rules and dos and donts and it seemed a bit unwelcoming to navigate it all in digital format.
The balcony could not be used as the air conditioning compressor is working at all times and expells heated air
