During the summer season the community offers its residents and guests access to its community centre, outdoor swimming pool and a 9-hole par 3 golf course. Pool is now closed for the season.

Beach access to New London Bay for kayaking and paddle boarding. Nearby Cavendish offers beautiful beaches, walking/biking trails, golf courses, Cavendish boardwalk and numerous restaurants.

It is a family owned cottage with 2 bedrooms (one king sized bed, one queen), a loft which includes a queen sized bed and a daybed, and two and a half bath. There is a barbecue and outdoor fire pit. It is a smoke-free environment. Wifi is included.
