The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 65 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Fitzroy Square in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, Living Room: one double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Need a cot or high chair? We can arrange it for your arrival — just let us know after booking:
- Baby cot — £50 for the stay
- High chair — £50 for the stay

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Fitzrovia and its neighbour Soho form one of the most exciting creative hubs in central London. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Very nice, clean apartment and all went smoothly for key pickup at nearby store. Great to have an elevator and a quiet, yet convenient location with a nice view and many shops, restaurants and an Underground Station nearby. Only complaints: 1. There was no detergent for the washing machine and I had to go buy a big bottle just to do one load. I left it for the next person. 2. The kitchen and bathroom were very warm and had no ventilation. This could be a real problem for warmer weather and if you plan to do any serious cooking.

The apartment's size and location were perfect for our stay. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, yet very close to all the action of the capital. The proximity to the metro made it easy to get around the city. It’s also within walking distance to iconic areas like Oxford Street and the British Museum. The apartment itself had everything we needed, making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
