We stayed here for over 3 weeks and it felt like home. There was so much room for all of us to spread out. I went in the pool almost every day. It’s not heated, but gets plenty of sun. The rooms were all comfortable and we used all 3 fireplaces. The neighborhood below was a clean, safe place to get in our daily walks.Communication with our host was very easy. We’ll be back!Steven

The outdoor space is phenomenal. While it was too chilly for us to use the pool, we spent loads of time lounging on the roof deck couches and sitting around the fire pit. The views of the city and the surrounding mountains are stunning. The house itself is really unique - I’d love to know more about its history. The rooms are very spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Tim was an exceptional host. He kept the house better stocked than any VRBO we’ve been to - with everything from bathroom toiletries to kitchen condiments to plentiful towels - and communicated with me regularly through the VRBO chat. We also appreciated the EV charger in the garage. The location of the house is excellent - 15 to 30 minutes drive from everything we wanted to do and see. We would definitely return the next time we’re in LA.

We really enjoyed our stay. For the price, the location, indoor and outdoor spaces were substantial. We had a large family gathering in Los Angeles and the space housed us well. Interior needs updating, but it was very reasonable, as is, for the price. Beautiful views would stay again.
