This was such a wonderful, cozy home in the most beautiful setting! The host, Steve, was very responsive to a couple of details I brought to his attention and was quick to take action. The overall vibe is casual, like you are staying in a family home that has been loved well over the years. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need to cook in, there are plenty of bath towels, the beds are comfortable, and there are several bikes available for all sizes to ride around the ranch. There were 11 of us (all adults) there for a wedding weekend/reunion and we felt we had plenty of space when we were in the house all hanging out together. Would definitely recommend this home for a family gathering, and hope to come back again someday!

Can’t say enough what a wonderful home this is. It was perfect for our family. Great location, kitchen stocked with all the things you may need, bedrooms were comfy and the house was decorated and updated perfectly. The home owners were so accommodating and communication was great. We will definitely return to this home our next stay in Black Butte!

Host was great, everything worked. Could have more kitchen towels and wash cloths.

Great communication with the owner. The house had everything we needed for10 adults and teenagers. We come to BBR every year with extended family for a winter getaway and this house did not disappoint. would stay here again in a heartbeat.
