The car park clearance is 2.1 metres. The entrance is narrow, so smaller vehicles are ideal. Larger vehicles such as 4x4s can still fit but must enter with caution.

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
RULES
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed overnight.
- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.

- Bed linen
- 1 bath towel per guest
- Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.

We stayed at the apartment for 6 nights specifically because of the location to the ECU campus as my teenage son was attending a school holiday course. Location was fantastic and close to the Perth train station. Lots of food offerings close by. The apartment had everything we needed with washing facilities, coffee machine and a well appointed kitchen. It was clean and furnished well with a lovely balcony. The apartment is small but perfect for 2 people or 2 couples.We didn’t use the gym, pool or communal facilities but they looked decent. Downside was picking and dropping off a key from another property as we didn't have a car and we had an early flight out. The final instructions for checking in are only provided 24 hours out which for someone like me that likes to plan ahead and be organised is a little frustrating. The buildings garbage chutes are currently under maintenance so the foyer on the apartment floor was a little smelly but you couldn’t smell it in the apartment. It did seem to get better as the week went on but maybe we got used to it. Communication with the host was excellent and instructions were easy to follow for check in and check out. All queries were responded to quickly. Would we stay here again - 100%.
