- This 2-story home requires 7 steps to enter. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs to access
- Deck/patio furniture will be available starting on April 15th. Please note that the deck/patio furniture and picnic table will not be available during the winter months.
- The property is not equipped with air conditioning
- There is another bookable vacation rental next door; other travelers may be present next door during your stay
- The gas grill and cornhole game are available for use during the summer months

- The high chair is available upon request
- Your safety matters. Exterior security monitor traffic on the drive. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces
- The homeowners live on-site in a separate unit about 75 feet away and may be present during your stay, however, the owners maintain guest privacy during reservations
