The apartment has been remodeled and is modern. It’s on the second floor, accessible by stairs (there is no elevator), and is part of a small building with 6 apartments. The neighborhood is beautiful, central, and very safe.
The master bedroom has a large closet, ideal for long stays. It’s spacious and well-ventilated thanks to several windows. The living room has a ceiling fan; both bedrooms have air conditioning, and one of them includes a work area. the other small bedroom doesn’t have AC but stays very cool thanks to its windows—and it can even get chilly at times, each bedroom has its own ceiling fan in case you don’t want air conditioning and prefer natural ventilation
