Overall the house was ok. Issues were hot tub leaked so we were not able to use. The master bathroom took soooo long to heat water for showers. Seemed very cold in main floor bedroom. Nice neighborhood and easy access to golf courses and Old Town Scottsdale.

Great location for 8 golfers - everyone had own bed and plenty of room. Definitely recommend

Starting with great curb appeal as we arrived, the property has all the size and amenities a family of 10 could want/need. Add to that, great customer service and quick response to any and all issues that arise. The staff/ownership was committed to doing all that is possible to make our stay memorable!

Property surface was great, but when you look into the details everything was very cheap. Issue 1) We got no email with check in details we needed to call. Issue 2 while settling down we found an old half of a hamburger behind the dresser. Issue 3, while putting out items into the fridge several shelves were broken. So we were limited on space. Counters were dirty, floors were not swept or mopped. Issue 4 WiFi router was on the north side of the house while the entertainment areas were on the south side. Everything buffered most of the time. Issue 5 ants, I get it were in AZ and it’s summer but we had to buy ant spray cause when we called they could only call the maintenance so we had to deal with them.
