>>> IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
POOL & SPA

Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool reaches approximately 6 feet deep, and children must be supervised at all times.

• No glass in or around the pool or spa.
• No food or drinks in the pool.
• No running or diving.
• Do not tamper with pool equipment or remove the pool vacuum.

POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available for $100 per day with a 2-day minimum and may be used when the ambient temperature is between 69°F and 80°F.

Please request pool heating at least 24 hours in advance so the pool has sufficient time to preheat.

SPA HEATING

Spa heating is complimentary and may be used when the ambient temperature is above 34°F.

Please limit spa use to approximately 2 hours at a time and turn the spa off when finished.

The pool and spa share the same heating and filtration system. Using the spa temporarily pauses pool heating, which resumes after the spa is turned off.

POOL MAINTENANCE

The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday to maintain proper chemical balance.

Because the pool is uncovered, leaves and outdoor debris may occasionally enter the water. A pool net and wireless robotic pool cleaner are provided for guest use.

PEST NOTICE

The property receives routine professional pest control. Texas has a warm climate where insects and other outdoor pests are common, and occasional sightings may occur despite preventative treatment.

Normal outdoor pest activity is not grounds for a refund when the property is being professionally treated and maintained.

STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish pods, coffee, creamer, and tea.

Guests may need to replenish supplies during longer stays.

NO PETS / NO PARTIES

Pets are not permitted.

Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed.

GARAGE

Garage access is not included.
