The location of the Home is good because it is oceanfront, but it is a ways from the turnaround at the prom. The management Companies very proactive with a survey you fill out when you get there about the condition of the home. There were some issues which we noted for them. Our biggest complaint was the dining room table, which is the only table, is a bar height table, with high chairs also, which were quite deep. All four of us adults could hardly touch the ground on those chairs We wanted to play cards a lot, and it was very uncomfortable for all of us.. And the only other furniture in the living room is a one piece sectional sofa, so we all set cozy together when we wanted to watch the USA soccer game! An extra side chair or something would be appreciated. The glasses in the kitchen were a combination of three different sizes to get eight glasses. For the price that we pay, I think they could upgrade their amenities just a little.

Wonderful location!

The condo was a wonderful home away from home! Well stocked with everything someone needs for their stay. Staff were very communicative before check in and responded quickly to questions. My only concern was the living room furniture. While soft, very little back support without putting pillows and limited seating. The metal end tables were also strange as heavy and not even so danger of glasses sliding or tipping over. They allow pets, even cats, so nice to bring a furry friend. Definately recommend!
