The smell of jasmine fills the air before you even get into the house. The house is very clean, well equipped, super comfortable, it has beautiful views off every porch. The host made check-in and out very easy. Family of 6 really enjoyed the beach and the area. The games made it really easy to spend time together. I would love to come back! Wow this house combines old historical home with all the modern special touches. I loved the old wood floors and ceilings, and also appreciated the gorgeous modern bathrooms. Plenty of space for teenagers to spread out and the beds were super comfortable. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

This was our second stay at skipjack Cottage. We love the five bedrooms that gives each member of our family their own room. Our favorite feature of the house is that it has everything you need for the beach the wagon the chairs some beach toys. We love the outdoor spaces the screened-in porch is great for night in the front porch with the swing is great during the day to watch people and just enjoy the day and read a book. The down stairs outdoor area which is located under the house has a ping pong table and other entertainment items. Our family loves to cook for each other the kitchen gets a little cramped but it has everything you need. We found room to park 4 cars. The only thing we found that don't work is the built-in ice maker and the ice maker in the freezer doesn't keep up.
