There were so many good things and details that were useful to us on our stay, I can't even list them all, but here are a few:-Detailed into instructions and folder with local info-Lots outlets, bathroom toiletries, towels, blankets-Convertible sofa setup for watching TV.-Well-stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs.-Cute, local themed decor-Beach supplies - of course, coming in December, we didn't think we would get much beach time in and so we didn't bring all the towels and toys, but the weather was nice enough to go and we had several accessories available to enjoy!I provided a few targeted items for improvement to the owner and they were well-received.

The house is very family oriented, quiet neighborhood, centrally located to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of condiments, coffee, tea, cooking utensils, etc. Rooms are very clean, beachy vibes, Definitely 5 star rated.
