Priscilla was very communicative and made us feel welcome right away. The space itself is cozy and cute though a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and it had all the necessary amenities to have a pleasant stay. My one real issue was that the bathroom and shower need a bit of deep cleaning but other than that my stay was very pleasant. It's a wonderful little neighborhood with lots of cute shops and for the price I believe this is the best rental in the area hands down.

Personable host, great location

Great neighborhood and great place to stay.

Daylight basement studio. Simple and provided convenient location in a charming and very quiet neighborhood. Host very responsive to questions. My only recommendation for the host is to check all corners and crannies for cobwebs and dust. Duvet, pillow covers and floor mats need replacement.
