This stylish retreat accommodates 2 guests and features a comfortable king-size bed, alongside a welcoming living space with a sofa, dining table and free WIFI for streaming your favourite series through the Smart TV. Blending rustic charm with modern convenience, the apartment is spread across two levels and styled with natural wood accents throughout. The open-plan layout makes it ideal for a couple or professionals, comfortably sleeping up to two guests.

On the upper level, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a shower-over-bath—perfect for relaxing after a day out.

Just a 5-minute stroll from Brighton’s seafront, Grafton Driftwood offers the ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and location, making it the perfect base for your Brighton getaway.


LIVING AREA / BEDROOM
The living area has an open plan feel with a comfortable sofa and free wifi for streaming your favourite shows, a comfortable king-size bed with storage drawers that store all your amenities. There is a microwave, tea and coffee-making facilities with a bar fridge, kettle, plus glassware, a basin, crockery and cutlery. In addition to this, there is a Tassimo Coffee machine and we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 2 guests comfortably by the bay window.

BATHROOM

Situated on the upper level, and separate (but private and lockable), you will find a modern bathroom with a shower-over-bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

This apartment is unique and located on a lower ground level with a spacious living area, perfect for professionals, couples or a small family travelling through Brighton.

This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. There are 3 steps from outside and 14 up to the bathroom on the upper level.
Please note that the bathroom/toilet is located separately from the main apartment, just outside and up some stairs - it is private and lockable.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

Check-Out

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes.
Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.
Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.
Switch off the lights.
Close all windows.
Turn down the heating.
These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
