We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean and to Capitola. The house was clean and comfortable with many amenities.

Wonderful! Lot's of room, immaculate, great location for walks, fun pool and ping pong tables. Everyone was impressed.

We had the best time staying at this property. The location was amazing. The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised, plus more! We especially loved cooking together and having meals at the large kitchen table. The game room was perfect for hanging out with the group and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Big plus was the bathrooms! Bathrooms everywhere! We are already talking about planning another trip! Thanks for hosting us!

The property was exactly as described and the photos were accurate. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive whenever we had questions. The space was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had a comfortable, homey feel. The location worked out perfectly for our trip — easy to get around and close to what we needed. We had plenty of room for our group and everyone had a great time.A few small things could be improved (the WiFi was a bit slow and a couple of kitchen items were missing), but nothing that affected our overall experience. The host handled everything professionally and made us feel welcome. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.
