Located on the 3rd floor (no lift, staircase access only) in the very heart of Épernay, this modern 40 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The private kitchen, equipped with a central island, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, allows you to prepare your meals independently.



You are welcomed directly by the hosts, and everything is arranged for your comfort: cleaning, bed linen and towels included, private Wi-Fi, fan, television, as well as a bathroom with a rain shower.
