THE LOCATION…
BOHEMIA is located on Catholic Lane, one of the quietest and most discrete lanes in Old Town. Right off Angela Street in the heart of Old Town, you'll be just steps from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of Duval Street and the Historic Seaport. Take a short stroll or ride your bike down to Duval and experience the best of Key West, such as local favorites like 22 & Co, DJ’s Clam Shack, and MisoHappy. Just a few blocks down Margaret Street, you’ll find yourself at The Waterfront Brewery, Schooner Wharf, and all the local favorites of the Seaport. Although you won’t need a vehicle to get around from this prime location, there is off-street parking for one vehicle available in the private driveway.
THE LIVING AREA…
This home was freshly remodeled from top to bottom and it shows around every corner. The tasteful decor perfectly blends the bohemian theme with modern flair. The open floor plan and high ceilings in the living room and kitchen make the rooms feel even larger than they are. There’s comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV waiting for you in the living room, alongside Papa Hemingway, Jerry Garcia, Bob Marley & the son of Kong.
The living room flows right past a flowery powder room, into the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need, including all modern appliances and seating for four at the large kitchen island. Just beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a high-top dining table that will seat eight, alongside a unique accent wall designed using covers and excerpts from the legendary Cuban magazine Bohemia!
THE BACKYARD OASIS…
BOHEMIA has a lot going for it, including its incredible outdoor space. Step outside to take a dip in the sparkling private pool, framed by sleek ipe decking and lush tropical surroundings. Bohemia is A M A Z I N G. The house presents itself as brand new with top shelf, eclectic decor. Clearly nothing was spared in the reimagining of this house. The Last Key Realty (management company) did a great job facilitating our stay. I didn't understand how something worked and they were there immediately. We stayed for 2 months and they facilitated all the little things, like mail forwarding. Quality home and support. Close to everything very but quiet and private. Bohemia checks all the boxes!!!
