The property is beautiful and offers plenty of space for group gatherings. The home is very well maintained and in an excellent location. The pool, hot tub, and rooftop deck were highlights, and the ocean view was a great bonus. One thing to be aware of is that the house rules are fairly extensive, and several mention the possibility of immediate eviction for violations. While some are understandable from an ownership perspective the penalties seem overly harsh.

Everything about this place was perfect.. the location, the rooftop view, the heated pool/hot tub, and most importantly, the fenced yard for our 2 pups to play in.the hosts were easy to reach and communicate with, and had the place perfectly set up for our arrival. The kids LOVED the place! We WILL be back
