Welcome to your home away from home in Jerusalem! Located in a brand-new complex in one of the city’s newest neighborhoods, this modern apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, safety, and convenience.
THE SPACE
The apartment has a bright living area dividing between a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen. It leads to the balcony with an open view.
Living room furnished with a couch and a coffee table, equipped with a smart tv.
Dining area with a table which can sit up to 6 people.
Note: The dining table comes with a cover which is not depicted in the photos. It does not affect the level of comfort. Please leave it on during your stay to avoid damaging the glass.
Open full equipped kitchen.
The balcony has a table and two chairs.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king size bed, full height closet and en suite full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and full height closet.
Bedroom 3: 2 foldable single beds which can be stored away to turn the room into an office. This is also the MAMAD (safe room) in case of emergency.
Extra full bathroom with tub.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
- Sukkah in the building during Sukkot holiday.

- Parking garage in the building: included in the booking.
PLEASE NOTIFY US AT LEAST 2 WORKING DAYS IN ADVANCE. SHORTER NOTICES WILL NO ALLOW US TO GUARANTEE FREE PARKING.
- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a recently built neighborhood in the south of Jerusalem, very quiet and safe. For families there is a park and a large shaded playground downstairs. Talpiyot neighborhood is just a few minutes away by car and offers a large range of supermarkets and restaurants. The city center is not far either (see below)
GETTING AROUND
The apartment is right by Route 60 which will take you straight to the old city by car (10 minutes) or by bus (25 minutes).
If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
