Well stocked, clean place. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had one issue that owner fixed as quickly as they could. Since it was off season, not much to do in the area and lots of things were closed.

Excellent location to the ski area, and an easy drive to downtown Steamboat…

Overall, this was great for our weekend stay. Great location, a short drive from main Steamboat. It was a nice condo complex with easy parking and a decent pool. The rooms were a good size and it had a comfortable living area. However, the AC is basically useless. There's a window unit in the dining area that barely works and nothing in the bedrooms. Fortunately, it stayed cool enough so it wasn't much of an issue. My only real complaint is that the duvet covers need replacing, especially in the main bedroom. It was stained, dirty, and torn and I didn't feel comfortable using it. Other than that, the place was clean.

Very clean and comfortable place within walking distance to restaurants and base area. Only downside was the after hours check in process. You have to call security guard to drive to you and deliver the key. And the front desk had my reservation under the wrong name. After flying to Denver and driving to SB, we arrived around 10 pm, and it took about 30 minutes to get the key. The security guard was very friendly, but the process could use some improvement.
