Great house with a great location. We had 6 adults 6 teenagers and we had plenty of room for everyone. Walk to beach, Slim’s, Pine Ave, and all the restaurants. Canal front so it’s boat friendly (no cleats on the sea wall so we tied off to the trees). Five king BR’s plus one BR with bunk beds - all have en suite bathrooms. Pool is large and partially covered which is great when you want to get out of the sun. Two items of note: 1. Kitchen accommodations are about what you expect from a rental house so bring your own chef’s knife if you plan to do a lot of meal prep 2. The house comes with beach towels but not enough, so bring some of your own (unless you don’t mind doing laundry every day).

The house is amazing—great set up for our group of 8 with a fabulous outdoor pool area! This is our fifth time renting in Anna Maria and one of the best houses we have rented. But there could have been a few things to make it a better rental: there is no sound system in house or pool area, towels were small and thin, could have been a few more things for kitchen supplies—no large pasta pot. The house did list bikes but this was inaccurate and bikes were not included. No umbrellas for beach but easy and cheap to rent nice umbrellas at the local beach bums store. (The beach chairs and carts supplied were great). All this being said, we thought the home was amazing and would stay here again!!

I’ve decided not to post a public review at this time. The property itself is excellent, and we truly appreciated the home and its overall quality.That said, we encountered several issues during our stay that affected both comfort and peace of mind:•Garage door: It failed to close and required repair, which meant the home could not be fully secured at night.•Pool controls: The controls were not functioning until the pool maintenance team reset them. Given the cooler temperatures, the ability to control the pool temperature was important.•Elevator: The elevator was in disrepair and required maintenance staff to spend significant time restoring operation. This was essential for our group, as we had two guests with mobility limitations and selected the home specifically for elevator access.•Firepit: It also required a service visit to reset/repair the controls. With the low temperatures, this was a key feature for us.•House instructions/contact: The materials in the home referenced a property manager who is no longer managing the property, which created confusion when we needed assistance.•Consumables: There were virtually no basic consumables (e.g., coffee filters, paper towels, dishwasher pods). In many comparable rentals, a small starter supply is provided; we had to shop immediately upon arrival.While we understand that maintenance issues can arise, it was disappointing to have to coordinate multiple repair visits during a short stay
