Excellent customer service from booking to checkout. Maintenance was very quick to respond and address any concerns. Quiet neighborhood & great location

Derek and Lauren are the excellent hosts. They checked in on us to make sure we got checked in ok and if we needed anything. When we did have a question, they responded quickly and genuinely wanted to help. They followed up during the week with us. This was all done in a non-interrupting way and was friendly and kind. Thanks for a great week at your house - you made it feel like home!

We had a wonderful stay at Plunge Pool Bella Vida Resort in Kissimmee. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The Hosts were exellent communicators and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. We really appreciated how easy they were to reach and how helpful they were throughout our stay. The small pool was a nice bonus and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. We truly felt at home here.

The host was extremely responsive with communication and very accommodating. We did not heat the pool, we were there in mid May and the temp was perfect.
