The house was completely renovated in 2024. Elegantly blending the old with the new, you’ll find high ceilings, solid wood floors, a charming spiral staircase, a modern kitchen, and contemporary furnishings.

The house has two stories:



GROUND FLOOR:

- The entryway, separated from the rest of the house by a door, offers ample storage for clothes and shoes thanks to a large closet.

- The living room, a dining area, and the open kitchen make up the approximately 40 m² living space and occupy the rest of the first floor.

The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional guests, seating, a shelving unit/bookcase, a coffee table, and a large-screen TV.

In the center of the room, creating a separation between the living room and the open kitchen, is a dining area with a beautiful wooden table that easily seats five, as well as the wooden staircase leading to the first floor.

The rest of the room is taken up by the open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences (induction cooktop, toaster, espresso machine, kitchen utensils, etc.). Note the ocean view from the kitchen window.



FIRST FLOOR:

You access the first floor via the staircase in the living area. It consists of three rooms.

- The bedroom on the right features a new 160-cm-wide double bed, a desk area that provides an ideal space for working from home, and a large storage shelf. Note that this bedroom offers a view of the sea.

- The bedroom on the left is furnished with two new single beds and storage space.

- The spacious bathroom is equipped with a superb walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.



PARKING:

There is no designated parking space at the house.

You can park on the street in free public spaces, easily found in the adjacent streets behind the house, just a few dozen meters away, or in the public parking lots at the harbor (600 m away) or downtown (300 m away).
