It’s located on the romantic Mellenbach stream, close to the town center, and in a very quiet area. A grocery store, restaurants, the ski bus, the swimming pool, and a bank are all just a few steps away.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail and natural toboggan run are just a 2-minute walk away. The free ski bus is less than a minute away, as is the ski bus to Damüls, Warth, and Schoppernau. In the summer, the outdoor pool is a 3-minute walk away. There are many hiking and mountain biking opportunities nearby. In the summer, the Bregenzerwald Guest Card is included in the price for stays of 3 nights or more. With this card, you have free access to all public buses, swimming pools, and cable cars.

Welcome to Haus am Mellenbach—your retreat in the heart of the Bregenzerwald. Our cozy apartment offers two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 twin with separate beds) for restful nights. Enjoy relaxing moments in the comfortable living room with a sitting area, dining table, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet. Wi-Fi is free, and the balcony is a great place to relax. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. A parking space is located right next to the house. A separate ski and bike storage room is available for your sports equipment. The ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity—ideal for winter and summer activities. On-site fees: Minimum stay of 7 days in high winter, and 5 days in summer and during the off-season. The house is a smoke-free property.
