Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Un effort est à faire pour l'équipement dans la cuisine...

Big apartment close to restaurants and cafes. Nice tv with many channels. Wifi good.
Apartment a bit drab. Needs a bit of a facelift. Local beach not for swimming

la personne en charge était très aimable et très serviable; appartement très convivial, propre; les matelas des lits simples de bonne qualité; les couvertures très propres; emplacement parfait;
le matelas du grand lit double ; équipement cuisine, pas de chauffage, je conseil le propriétaire d'équiper son appartement surtout pour l'hiver ;

The apartment is big - has ac, gas kitchen, microwave, big fridge and basic knifes and forks.
Owner is nice and reactive - he responds quickly and solves issues.
Bed is huge and comfortable.
I would clean it better, especially in bathroom. There is no soap in toilet and kitchen to wash dishes. Water pressure is very weak, so the shower take ages. The toilet is without desk - insane. In bedroom is super hot cause ac works only in main room
