I did like the location of the b&b, which was not far from the East Midlands Airport, only a 10-minute drive by Uber. The house itself was old, but clean and cosy. The staff let us into the room without a problem and showed us all the facilities.
The communication with the owner was poor. I did not receive a text message with instructions on how to access the house or our room. Luckily, the staff who came to clean the house arrived and let us inside. Without their help, we would have had difficulty getting into the property.

Very well equipped communcal areas (kitchen and lounge and the games room). Room was fine. Shower was fine. Bed was fine. Good for what we needed (one overnight stop). Entry by key code was fine.
No problems: all ok
