Good location for my tasks with added bonus of free parking.
Loved the kitchen facilities. Great range of pans, crockery & equipment. Fridge & freezer good sizes. Nice to have a dining table to sit for meals. Bathroom had great water pressure and the shower cubicle was large. Thoughtful additions were noticeable - sanitary towels, spare toothbrush etc
I prefer a firmer mattress, so unfortunately this soft bed on a light metal frame was uncomfortable for me.
Apart from the bed, I would return to this property.

We booked here mainly to visit family who live close by. It was a good place to stay with all the facilities we needed.
It’s a “hut” in the owner’s garden, with access down a passage from the street. I don’t think it would be great for a single woman in winter, but it suited our needs.
Things that could be improved:
- Frosted glass to bathroom doesn’t make for privacy.
- kitchen tap needs repair
- exterior light for winter months

The bed was comfortable and kitchen was a nice size. Shower was great too.
Very cold and a lot of cracks in ceiling with black marks. TV couldn't get slot of chanals. Also a bit hard to find at 1st but ok once you knew where to go.
