HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE

This was our trip together for my 14 year old daughter at school holidays. Disneyland for 3 days, because I am a single mother and I saved up for my little girl so that she would feel better. The trip turned into a nightmare and a traumatic experience. When we entered the house yesterday, the pillows were moldy, the shared toilet was broken, we paid for our own bathroom with toilet, but we got 5 rooms that shared a shared toilet. This is a scam and a deception of customers on booking. Yesterday, when we arrived at the house, my daughter and I had a horrible experience with the owner of the house. I wanted to call the police, but I didn't know which number and I don't speak French. The owner came with his girlfriend at 9:00 PM on the evening of April 29th, who translated into English because he only speaks French. He shouted at my daughter and me that he had the house occupied and that we should leave immediately. I showed him the booking that we had paid for three nights here and he slammed the door of our room with all his strength with his fist, dragged all our personal luggage, our clothes from the closet down the stairs and threw them out the door. My daughter secretly filmed it so that we had evidence. She was crying and shaking with shock. She was so scared that she was petrified. She wanted to go to the hospital, but I didn't know where the emergency room was at 10:00 PM. We had nowhere to go, no one could help us. We were without the money and our friends from Slovenia were paying for our new accommodation. The house was unlocked all night, he took the keys from us and left with his girlfriend and we didn't sleep all night because we were afraid he would do something to us or send someone else. I will request for a personal lawsuit and we did police report in our new hotel next day, because we are in serious pain, trauma, and fear.

In de boeking staat privé parkeren. Maar dat kon helemaal niet. Ik heb een invalidekaart en ik moest helemaal aan het einde straat parkeren

Simple et efficace… à refaire

Le principe de partager une maison… une première pour moi… la pièce commune est vraiment confortable et les chambres individuelles (pour ma part avec sa propre salle de bain) spacieuses

Rien… tout était d’un excellent rapport qualité prix
